For as long as I can remember while growing up on the beautiful Island of Jamaica, I have always enjoyed cooking. The day I could reach the sink and stove without a stepping stool I made every meal I possibly could, initiating my passion for cooking. In my younger years, it became my favorite hobby to prepare meals for my family and friends.

After a major turning point in my life at the age of 26, I was fortunate to turn my hobby into a thriving business. I honed in on my passion by studying Mediterranean, Italian, Asian, Indian and classic American dishes in school. That opened opportunities for me to go from cooking in my home kitchen for my family and friends, to working in Michelin Star restaurants and some of the largest catering companies in New York doing private parties, shows, catering events, cooking classes and restaurant consulting.
