I currently work for a successful athlete and I love working for him because he loves to try new and different diets to see what can best improve his speed and endurance for every season.
This year we tried the Keto Diet! The keto diet is a fatty diet that eliminates carbs and replaces it with greens and heavy fatty proteins. Since I have to study and cook this all day I always love to go through the experience with him. This allows me to understand what he’s feeling physically and mentally so we can share and comment on whatever dietary reactions and body changes we may be going through. Sometimes it’s better to experience things in a group because everyone’s body is different and doesn’t always react the same
Note: This diet is not for everyone and I highly encourage a strict gym Regiment to see the best results of the diet.
